At the Putnam County Animal Shelter, our mission to save animal lives through sheltering, adoption, foster care, spay and neuter programs, cruelty prevention, and community outreach depends on the support of our community. We can’t accomplish this without you. We aim to equip our community with the resources and tools needed to collaborate with us in making a positive impact on the lives of animals in our region.
